My office building faces the Hollywood Hills just off the 101 on Vine St. An hour ago I looked out the window to see a giant plume of smoke billowing just north of the Hollywood sign! There apparently is a huge brushfire burning off Barham Blvd near the Oakwood Apartment complex – known best as the party pad bands stay in while recording their major label debuts.
